RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Sorry loves, we do not accept returns. This is our policy because vintage pieces are highly delicate and non-replaceable, and our Ritual Wear and Medicine Hats are hand made and blessed 1 by 1, before being sent off just for you. Due to the limited quantities of each piece, it is not sustainable for our small business to accept returns at this time.
We want you to be happy and feel sacred in your Water & Bird Ritual Wear. We are always available to assist in any purchase - send us an email with any questions regarding sizing, fabric quality and feel or any other details you might wish to know before purchasing.
If for some reason you get your Ritual Wear Kimono or Medicine Hat and are not 100% happy with the style or fit, we will talk to you to and try to find a solution by exchanging fit or style but can not make any guarantees. Customer must pay return shipping and the Ritual Wear must be in the same condition.
All orders are processed and shipped within 10 business days of purchase, with the exception of weekends. We will try to get you your item as soon as possible, but do to our "Slow Luxury" motto, our items take time. All orders placed after 11 AM on Friday morning will be processed the following Monday morning. Rush shipping is an option at check out. We can't, however, rush the production process since we take detail and attention to make Ritual Wear items. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We recommend being attentive to the delicacy of ALL Ritual Wear: Do not wash; Do not bleach; Do not tumble dry; No ironing; Dry clean, tetrachloroethylene (PCE) only. For your Medicine Hat, please contact us if you need it cleaned or refurbished at any time that can be done easily by shipping it back to us and there will be a service fee.
Water & Bird is not liable for lost or stolen packages. There is an option at checkout to request signature confirmation. If the package is confirmed as “delivered” via tracking, then neither the carrier service nor Water & Bird is liable. If the package is lost and does not show it was delivered via tracking, then a claim may be filed with the carrier. Please contact your local post office to file a claim.
